Justin Bieber has become the most recent celebrity to enter the Bored Ape Yacht Club. The Bored Ape NFT #3001 cost him 500 ETH ($1.3M).

At the moment Bieber made the purchase, the price level at Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) was around 104 Ether ($270,908). However, it was finally dropped to $208,237. Moreover, the artist is forced to part up a substantial quantity of money for no apparent reason.

Bieber currently has 619 NFTs from 49 various collections, including one from the Doge’s collection. Bieber’s Opensea account is “JustinBieberNFTS,” and the BAYC he purchased was Bored Ape Yacht Club #3001. The BAYC’s floor price at the time of sale was 104 ether, or $270,908 USD, making Bieber’s NFT purchase remarkable.

The Ape is the #9777 rarest on Rarity Tools, with the following characteristics: Punk Blue Background, Black T-Shirt, Sad Eyes, Dark Brown Fur, and Boring Unshaven Mouth

According to OpenSea, the 500 ETH purchase price was the 7th largest sum of cryptocurrency spent for a Bored Ape.
