Young people check-in dragon origami 6 meters long

HO CHI MINH CITY – Paper dragon, folded origami technique, located in the photography exhibition “Linh Nam – Hong Bang Family” attracts visitors.

The paper dragon is 6 m long, 3 m high, created by freelance origami artist Pham Hoang Tuan for Harry Vu’s photo exhibition project.

The five colors present in the works are the colors of the five elements: blue, red, yellow, brown, and green. A minimalistic backdrop with black and white colors representing day and night, yin and yang, as well as a big difference between Lạc Long Quan and Âu Cơ, which resulted in the two having to divide the children. young and into the sea.

Sharing about choosing a paper work for the project, photographer Harry Vu (in the middle) shared: “When developing the idea and creating materials for this project, I want it to be a senior. In addition to the Dragon work, the exhibition also has the work of Crane 1.5m high.

The project “Surname Hong Bang” includes 22 photos, revolving around the legend of the Red Family through the story of Lac Long Quan and Au Co.

The photographer decided to work on a 35mm film project with his favorite Leica camera. The whole image will be kept intact, not edited to keep the soul and the rusticness of Vietnamese people and culture.

The exhibition will open for free from January 8 to January 14, 2021 at Hai An Gallery (Q1). Right on the first day, the exhibition attracted 1,500 visitors. Most of the visitors coming here are young guests or families, bringing their children to see and hear about the legend of Lac Long Quan – Au Co.
