The Park Hyatt Saigon mooncake collection consists of four cakes in four different shapes, with two traditional and two contemporary flavors.

White Lotus One Yolk is made with 100% lotus seeds and a single egg yolk, and features aromatic pure peanut oil for a refreshing fragrance and a delicate taste. Traditional mooncake lovers may also enjoy the savory taste of the classic Mixed Nut cake, with its wholesome mixed nuts, melon seeds, grains and chicken floss.

The two contemporary mooncakes are the Crimson Opera and the Green Tea Apricot. The Crimson Opera cake offers a burst of beetroot complemented by a heart of cheese and creamy white chocolate, while the Green Tea Apricot cake is made from luscious apricots and smooth green tea, making the lotus taste even more refreshing.

Park Hyatt™ Saigon also offers three different elegant and luxurious mooncake boxes. In addition to the classic box of four mooncakes, a second box offers an assortment of cookies and a bag of traditional green tea. The third box contains mooncakes, assorted cookies, a bag of green tea and a bottle of Muscat Beaumes De Venise dessert wine imported from France.
