According to Oh Dongkun, who is responsible for the project, the Bình Dương New City Culture Festival aims to establish a bustling city with a strong identity through the power of music.

“The organisers would like to bring power, bravery and happiness to people in the world without any differentiation in cultures, colours or races, from which to bring people closer to one another,” he said.

“We want to bring Bình Dương people quality concerts to turn the city into one with a special art identity and music style.”

The VNSO Spring Concert will be conducted by Honna Tetsuji and performed by artists from the Viet Nam National Symphony Orchestra. Phạm Thu Ha will be the main singer.
