ADS - DamSan Joint Stock Company - In the early third quarter of 2023, ADS put into operation the An Ninh Fiber factory using modern machinery from Germany, increasing the total capacity to 14,000 tons of CD32 fiber/year and 3,000 tons of towels/year. ADS officially entered the Top 5 yarn and towel manufacturers with the largest capacity in Vietnam.

With 3 modern fiber factories, ADS's output and export sales continue to record growth in July and August 2023. In July and August 2023 alone, the output of yarn and towels exported to China and Japan reached nearly 2,326 tons, an increase of 1.8 times compared to the entire third quarter of 2022, which increased 1.1 times compared to the last 6 months of 2022.

TCM - Thanh Cong Textile - Investment - Trading Joint Stock Company - Approved implementing the stock bonus plan at 13% (owning 100 shares will receive 13 new shares). If successful, TCM's charter capital will be raised from nearly 820 billion VND to 927 billion VND.

At the same time, TCM's Board of Directors approved the extension of the 300,000 USD loan TCommerce Co., Ltd. received from shareholder E-Land Asia Holdings under the Loan Contract signed on October 5, 2022. The loan extension period is 12 months with a renewal interest rate of 3.8%.

HBC - Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company - Switched from profit to loss after the 2023 semi-annual audit and was questioned about its ability to operate continuously.

After the audit, Hoa Binh Construction changed from a profit of 103.26 billion VND to a loss of 711.49 billion VND, a decrease of 814.75 billion VND. In particular, the strong fluctuation was mainly due to other operating profits changing from a profit of 658.14 billion VND before the audit to a profit of 5.95 billion VND after the audit, a decrease of 652.19 billion VND.

OGC - Ocean Group Joint Stock Company - After the review, the company's net revenue remained unchanged, reaching VND 281 billion. However, corporate profit after tax increased by 144%, from 18 billion dong to 44 billion dong.

DAH - Hoa An Joint Stock Company - September 11 is the trading day without the right to advance dividends for the first phase 2023. The last registration date is September 12. Accordingly, dividends will be paid in cash at the rate of 30%, payment starting from September 22, 2023.

PHC - Phuc Hung Construction Joint Stock Company - Ms. Do Thi Hanh Dung, wife of Mr. Tran Huy Tuong - Member of the Board of Directors sold 300,000 PHC shares in two sessions on August 28 and 29 by agreement method. Thereby reducing ownership in PHC to 633,000 shares, a ratio of 1.25%.

CMG - CMC Technology Group Joint Stock Company - Geleximco Group Joint Stock Company, the major shareholder, sold 105,000 CMG shares on August 29. Thereby, reducing ownership at CMG to more than 13.51 million shares, a ratio of 8.98%.

SHS - Saigon - Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company - Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh, Deputy General Director, sold more than 1.11 million shares owned by SHS at a rate of 0.14% from August 7 to August 24.

PSH - Nam Song Hau Petroleum Trading Investment Joint Stock Company - Mr. Mai Van Huy, Chairman of the Board of Directors, registered to sell 4,110,875 PSH shares to reduce ownership from 66.65% to 63.39% of charter capital. The transaction is expected to take place from September 5 to October 4.

Ms. Vo Bich Tram, a member of the Board of Directors of Nam Song Hau Company, registered to sell 1.67 million PSH shares to reduce ownership from 2.23% to 0.91% of charter capital. The transaction is expected to take place from August 31 to September 20.

QNS - Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company - Mr. Vo Thanh Dang - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director, continues to register to buy 1 million QNS shares for investment purposes. The transaction time is from September 8 to October 6, 2023, for investment purposes, according to the agreement and order matching method. If he buys all the registered shares, Mr. Dang will increase his ownership ratio in QNS to 8.13%, equivalent to more than 29 million shares.
