Through research, this beautiful flower hill is located in Mung hamlet in Hop Phong commune, Cao Phong district, Hoa Binh province. On the fan page of this place, there are quite attractive introduction lines: "Xom Mung is a highland village famous for its primitive landscape. Xom Mung is located at the highest position of the commune, with poetic scenery and a cool climate; the immense terraced fields hide fresh roofs of houses on stilts. Here, the Muong ethnic community still preserves many unique ancient cultural features. Mung Hamlet has an ancient banyan tree and a pagoda in the middle of the field is very beautiful and rare".

To get to Cao Phong, you can take National Highway 6, the route almost in the North-South direction, cutting through Cao Phong town, connecting Hoa Binh City with Tan Lac district. Another option is provincial Road 12B connecting national highway 6 with Road 21A, starting at the junction of Road 6 near Cun Slope and running east to Kim Boi.
