HÀ NỘI — People from medium-risk areas can enter Quảng Ninh Province after declaring their health conditions and travel history, as reported on December 10.

At the Bạch Đằng Bridge COVID-19 checkpoint in Quảng Yen Town, people from Level 2 areas (yellow zone, medium risk) of other cities and provinces were allowed to enter Quảng Ninh without quarantine.

Procedures to enter the province had been simplified. Visitors are no longer required to have a ‘stamp of approval’ from the authorities to pass the checkpoint.

They only need to have their personal QR codes scanned, which shows their health conditions, and have their travel history checked by the local authorities. VNS
