The new office of FPT Software (a member of FPT Group) is located in Guadalajara and is expected to reach 500 employees by 2025, contributing to the revenue target of one billion USD.

The office opened in early September. This is also the company's first software development centre in Latin America. From the beginning of the year until now, FPT Software has opened four offices globally to prepare for the "race" to the revenue target of one billion USD by the end of this year.

Guadalajara is known as the Silicon Valley of Mexico. The city has a similar time zone to San Francisco, Los Angeles and Dallas and is considered an ideal place to establish a software centre for a large group of customers in the US market.
This city also serves as one of the educational centres in Mexico, training thousands of students in information technology each year. This is also why many large US technology companies prioritize building a technology ecosystem here.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Su, Director of FPT Mexico, compared Mexican engineers who developed Intel's first 5G processor manufacturer.

According to Mr. Su, along with Mexico, offices in Costa Rica and Colombia will create a solid "three-legged stool" for FPT Software in Latin America. The offices have great potential to attract talent in more than 30 regional countries. A flexible, creative culture, attractive policies, and employee benefits are bright spots for FPT Mexico to attract more talented employees.

Combining time zone advantages and technological resources good at English, the company aims to improve its ability to conquer the US market.

"The establishment of an office in Guadalajara city is an important milestone in promoting global presence, taking advantage of international resources, making FPT Software a World-Class, multi-national, multi-cultural company", Mr Su emphasized.

Also, at establishing the first FPT Mexico office, the company organized a program to celebrate FPT's 35th birthday with the participation of Latin American employees.
