Ben Tre develops typical tourism products
The province targeted to welcome 1.8-2 million tourists, including 450,000 foreign ones, and tourism revenue growth rate of up to 23 percent annually by 2020.
To achieve the target, investment priority has been given to infrastructure, human resource development and supporting tourism business.
Specially, the province is focusing on developing tours in Phụng and Lân islets, its specialities, such as green-skin pomelo and made from coconut products.
In 2017, Ben Tre aims to welcome 1.2 million visitors, including 550,000 foreign ones.
Export – core factor for economic growth
Exports will be one of the key factors to help Vietnam achieve an economic growth rate of 6.7 percent in 2017, but the sector still faces many challenges, according to the Market Intello research company. Police: Gunmen kill intel officer in northwestern Pakistan

Savills: Hotel market seeing strong development
Savills has reported that Ho Chi Minh City will see 16 new hotel projects from 2017 to 2019 supplying approximately 3,500 rooms.
