NDO - Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on September 2 offered incense to late President Ho Chi Minh at House No.67 inside President Ho Chi Minh relic site at the Presidential Palace Complex in Hanoi on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of August Revolution (August 19) and National Day (September 2).

Also present were Politburo member and Permanent Member of the Secretariat Vo Van Thuong; and Secretary of Party Central Committee (PCC) and Chief of the PCC’s Office Le Minh Hung.

The Party chief paid their respects and gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader of Vietnamese Party and people, the great teacher of Vietnamese revolution, the hero of national liberation and the world’s cultural celebrity.

He also vowed to continue accompanying the whole Party and people to follow his teachings towards developing the country more prosperous and beautiful.

Talking with officials and staff of the President Ho Chi Minh relic site, Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong noted that the studying and following of his thought, morality and lifestyle must become a specific and practical work for each officer, Party member and individual, towards promoting the national unity bloc.

President Ho Chi Minh is the embodiment of pure revolutionary morality, simple lifestyle, integrity, righteousness and impartiality, he added.

The top leader asked the officials and staff of the President Ho Chi Minh relic site to uphold their honour and responsibility to fulfill their entrusted missions of preserving valuable artefacts dedicated to the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh as well as introducing his thought, wisdom, affection, personality, life and revolutionary career to domestic people and international friends.

House No. 67 was named after the year 1967 when it was built, in which the late leader worked and passed away.
