Ninh Thuan province asked to make clear commitments to investors

He added that along with the central government, the local authorities should create an environment for healthy and fair competition, and place enterprises at the centre of their policies.

The government leader also urged Ninh Thuan to regularly hold dialogues with enterprises to heed their voices about difficulties they are facing and help remove obstacles to enterprises, especially newly established ones.

Prime Minister Phuc also requested Ninh Thuan leaders to keep their promises with enterprises and strive for good governance as measures to attract investment in the province.

He suggested Ninh Thuan build a website to collect feedback like what the Government Office has done.

The prime minister said the province possessed a comparative advantage in tourism, renewable energy and high-tech organic culture and expected it to opt for a new management mindset to effectively tap into these strengths.

According to Chairman of the Ninh Thuan People’s Committee Luu Xuan Vinh, investors to the province only have to work with the Economic Development Office to complete their investment procedures.

He said this single-window model has reduced the time to deal with administrative procedures by 30%.
